Villa Osmanli occupies one of the former warehouses within the historic 17th-century Customs House building, believed to be the first building of its kind constructed on Ilha de Moçambique. Villa Osmanli forms part of the exclusive Villa Alfandegas condominium, which comprises six villas. Guests share access to selected common areas, including two garden courtyards, an outdoor shower, beach access and a jetty.

The villa is arranged over two floors and offers generous indoor and outdoor living spaces. It features a modern kitchen opening onto a large open-plan living and dining area, creating an inviting space for relaxing and entertaining.

External parking spaces are also available at the condominium.
